Story
Sweet Sandy, born February 2025 was already on the street at a young age. A kind rescuer would see her out chasing chickens, hungry and alone, and took her into foster care. Sandy is a mixed breed, whippet x terrier, currently weighing 33 lbs, we estimate she may be 39 lbs full grown. Sandy is living in a foster home with multiple dogs and cats. She is playful with all dogs, and even safe playing with the tiniest of them. Sandy is friendly with people but likes to go slowly when strangers visit to be sure that they are safe to cuddle. Sandy has not been tested with kids. Sandy is house trained, walks well on leash, and has been okay when left alone in her foster home. Sandy is looking for adventure, and would like an active home where she can run and play, and even some enrichment for her big brain. Not only is Sandy beautiful, but also healthy, spayed and vaccinated.
