Story

Meet Tilly! Tilly is a pit-bull/terrier/whippet mix who we suspect is about 5 years old. Tilly was born in Hawaii, and spent her early days as a hunting dog. She does have a history of abuse including starvation, but miraculously has no behavioral issues. Her original owner broke her back leg and kept her inside of a small kennel, but she has completely recovered and has regained strength in her back legs. She gets along exceptionally with other dogs, and even our cat! She is loving and playful, and runs circles when she gets a new toy. She is a certified chonk who is deeply inflicted with good girl syndrome. My family would be thrilled for Tilly to find a new home that would allow her to never have to see the inside of a kennel ever again. Her adoption is 100% free, and we are happy to help coordinate a flight to the mainland as she resides in Hawaii.

I’m still learning the ropes, like leash walking and basic commands, but I’m smart, eager to please, and ready to make my future family proud.
