Libby has been boarded at a kennel since November while her owner hoped to return home, but it is now clear she needs a new permanent family.Libby is:• 5 years old and spayed• Up to date on all vaccinations• A sweet and affectionate companion• Best suited for a home with female adults• Not recommended for homes with men or childrenLibby is very sweet and loves to give hugs to her female humans. She would be the perfect fit for a woman looking for a loyal, loving friend. We are unsure how she does with other dogs or cats.Libby is located in San Angelo.
