Whether it’s romping with friends or sticking close to her people, Poppy just wants to be where the fun (and love) is.We saved Poppy and her puppy from a high-kill shelter, and while her baby has already found a wonderful home, now it’s Poppy’s turn to get her happy ending.Poppy is super playful and energized when she’s outside and on the go, but once she steps into the home, she understands that it’s time to settle down. She does a great job transitioning from adventure mode to calm, relaxed companion, making her a wonderful balance of active and easygoing.As a true Pointer, Poppy has a wonderful natural instinct for spotting birds and exploring the world with her nose and eyes. This makes her especially fun for people who enjoy hiking, outdoor adventures, or even dog sports—she loves having a “job” and being mentally engaged.
