April is a 1-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer mix weighing in at about 60 pounds ~ pure muscle, pure heart, and pure fun. She’s always up for a game of tug-of-war, and her toy collection is her pride and joy. April is both house-trained and crate-trained, and she’s a quick learner. She’d thrive in an active home with someone who understands high-energy breeds and can give her the physical and mental stimulation she craves. She’d also love a canine sibling to romp around with! However, April is not a fan of cats and definitely has her eye on the birds above ~ classic pointer instincts! One quirk to know: April is a bit of a fence climber. A wooden privacy fence or a home with another playful dog to keep her busy will help her stay grounded and happy. April has all the makings of a loyal, loving, and lively family dog ~ as long as she gets the exercise and guidance she needs.
