Hello there! My name is Shaggy, and I am a handsome 7-year-old Wirehaired Terrier mix searching for a loving forever home. I came to Heartland as a stray from a nearby town, so my past is a bit of a mystery, but I’m hoping my future is filled with love, comfort, and plenty of happy days ahead. What I do know for sure is that I am a very sweet boy who would love nothing more than to find a family to call my own. I enjoy attention, companionship, and simply being near my people. I have that loyal, loving personality that makes dogs such wonderful best friends. Since not much is known about my previous life, no one is quite sure how I do with other dogs, cats, or children. Slow introductions would be the best way to help everyone feel comfortable and set us up for success. Hi there! My name is Bennie, and I’m a 1-year-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon with a sweet personality and the perfect mix of playful energy and laid-back charm. I’m a friendly boy who loves being around people, and yes—I’m kid friendly too! I can be a little shy when meeting new faces at first, but I warm up quickly once I know you’re a friend. Now, I may be a calm and relaxed gentleman at heart, but don’t let that fool you—I’ve still got plenty of young-dog energy! I love to play, stay active, and be part of the fun. If you enjoy adventures, walks, or an active lifestyle, I’d happily be your loyal sidekick. I’m also house trained, so I already have great manners down. I did well with the dogs in my previous home, but cats just aren’t my thing. For everyone’s safety and happiness, I’ll need a cat-free home. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving companion to grow with and share life’s adventures, I may be the perfect fit for you.
