Story
Frost and her siblings were born on May 8 in a foster home and is now almost 6 months old! She is a hound mix whose mother looked more like a pointer. She is a playful and curious and snuggly puppy who is good with other dogs and kids. Frost knows how to use a doggy door to go in and out of the house and are 95% house trained. Frost was raised since birth in a loving foster home and is sure to make a great new family member! Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster-based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
