Hello, my name is Grandson! My absolute favorite thing to do is play. I love tug toys, tennis balls, and playing fetch. I'm even good at dropping the ball for you! I don't really understand what a leash is and can get a bit scared when one is put on me. I try to back out of collars so please use a harness when taking me on walks. I am very friendly and playful. I recommend that any children in my new home be school age or older because I can be a little bit shy. I may do well with other dogs in my home with a slow introduction.Adoption Price: $250

Hamilton (Hammie) is a sweet little chihuahua mix puppy. He was born around mid May 2023 and is currently 7 lbs. Hammie is affectionate, playful and smart. He loves playing with other dogs of all sizes and will happily romp around playing chase and wrestle with them. He enjoys his stuffed toys and likes to chase a ball or toy. Hammie has begun house training but will require continued house training in a new home. He currently lives with several dogs of all sizes and ages and he gets along well with them. He currently lives with dog savvy cats and is respectful with them; he might challenge shy kitties and chase if they run. Young children would likely overwhelm him so only dog savvy, respectful children over 10 are recommended. He is an alert barker and enjoys a yard to run in so no apartments for him. Hammie would do well in a home with another young, playful dog to romp around with, help show him the ropes and keep him company while his humans are away from home. He has plenty of puppy energy so older dogs would likely get annoyed with him. He enjoys being with his people and desires to be a large part of their lives. He likely would not do well being left home alone daily for long hours. Hamilton is a little, spunky sweetheart who is waiting for his forever home.
