Story
Meet Frost: A Gentle Giant in the Making! Hello, my name is Frost, and I'm a 6-month-old Great Pyrenees puppy weighing in at a whopping 66 pounds of fluffy goodness! While I may look big and brave, I'm still a baby at heart and learning that the world isn't such a scary place. When you first meet me, I can be a little shy and unsure, especially in my kennel. New people and new situations can make me nervous. But if you give me a little time, patience, and understanding, you'll start to see the sweet, gentle boy hiding beneath my cautious exterior. Once I'm outside and feeling more comfortable, my personality begins to shine! As a growing Great Pyrenees pup, I will benefit from continued confidence building, positive socialization, and leash training. I'm looking for a family that understands that trust takes time and that every small victory deserves to be celebrated. With kindness, consistency, and love, I'll blossom into the loyal and devoted companion I'm meant to be.Because of my size and my breed, I would love a fenced yard where I can safely stretch my long legs and enjoy the outdoors. I'd also be thrilled to have a confident doggie friend to help show me the ropes and remind me that life can be pretty fun! Due to my already impressive size, a home with older children would be the best fit for me.If you're searching for a gentle soul who just needs a little guidance and a lot of love, Frost may be your perfect match. Behind these fluffy ears and big puppy paws is a loyal best friend waiting to emerge. Could you be the one to help me discover just how wonderful life can be?Frost is ready to find a patient, loving family that will help him build confidence, create lasting memories, and become the amazing companion he is destined to be. Story
We adopted Appa a bit over a year ago, as a puppy. He was born October 22, 2024. He is a sweet, smart dog. He has learned to sit, lay down, "place" (go lay down in a certain spot), stay (we are working to extend the time, but he can "stay" for almost a minute). Appa is 100% housetrained. We have 3 cats who he loves and is very gentle with. We have 2 children (tween & teen) whom he adores. Issues are in getting him leash trained. He is very distracted outside and pulls a lot on the leash. He loves to play fetch. We recently had a trainer visit the house who said he was "very trainable and very smart" and just needs someone who can invest time. He would do well in a yard & do well with older kids.We are experiencing a shift in our family make up and now have only one adult, so can no longer provide the care he needs, thus are looking to rehome him. Appa would make a great pet for someone with a fenced in yard and time to spend indoors with him. He likes to be close to "his people".

Story
Appa is a very smart, loyal, quick to learn dog who loves to play fetch and tug. He is great at catching balls and frisbees, and loves to eat ice cubes. He has learned several commands inside the house - sit, laydown, wait, off, place. He is eager to please. Appa is fully housetrained. He does not do well on a leash... yet. We met with a trainer who said he is very smart and very trainable. We just don't have the capacity to do it. Appa would do very well with a fenced yard for running and playing fetch.
