Story
Hudson is the kind of puppy who can turn absolutely anything into entertainment. Toys? Fun. His tail? Hilarious. A blank wall? Apparently worthy of a full dramatic performance complete with puppy grumbles and interpretive dancing. This goofy boy is playful, affectionate, and always happy to be part of the action. He has a gentle play style and gets along well with other dogs, but he also wouldn't mind being the center of someone's universe as an only pup. Hudson is working on crate training and leash training, and he does know "sit"—which is impressive considering his attention span is sometimes measured in milliseconds. He's not exactly applying to medical school, but he has a big heart and an enthusiasm for life that more than makes up for any lack of scholarly ambition. One of Hudson's favorite hobbies is throwing little tantrums while staring at the wall like he's been grounded by his imaginary parents. If you've ever seen a toddler in timeout who somehow ends up walking their feet up the wall, you've got a pretty good picture of Hudson. What he lacks in brains, he makes up for in charm, laughs, and pure puppy joy. Life with Hudson may not always make sense, but it will never be boring. ❤️🐾🤣 Because Hudson is growing like a weed and is going to be a big boy, he's looking for a home with a secure, fenced yard. Quick access to the grass will make his continued housebreaking training a breeze, and it gives him a safe space to burn off puppy zoomies without knocking over your indoor furniture! Hudson is an Anatolian Shepherd/Retriever mix who was was born approximately 3-23-26. He is neutered, age-appropriate vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea/tick preventative. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. ***If you are serious about adopting, you must first complete and submit an application on our website. Our Adoption Team will respond via email from DollysLegacyAdoptions@gmail.com once you have completed an application. If a pet is still listed, it is not yet adopted as we update daily. Story
Cash is a beautiful Great Pyrenees with everything people love about the breed: loyal, gentle, affectionate, and devoted to his people. He loves attention, is house trained, responds well to verbal commands, walks nicely on a leash, and gets along well with other dogs. Hes also wonderful with older children and truly is a gentle giant. Like many Great Pyrenees, Cash would thrive with room to stretch his legs, patrol his yard, and then come inside to soak up all the love and attention from his family. Cash does have one important management need: he has resource guarding around food. Because of this, he'll need an adopter who understands canine behavior, is committed to managing meal times appropriately, and ideally has experience with the Great Pyrenees breed or other guardian breeds. With the right home, structure, and understanding, this is something that can be successfully managed. Were looking for someone who sees Cash for the amazing dog he is, not just the challenge he comes with. If you know and love Great Pyrenees, or have experience with guardian breeds, Cash may be the loyal companion youve been waiting for. What Cash Needs: Breed-experienced adopter (Great Pyrenees/guardian breeds) Structured, firm, but loving leadership Redirection-based training Separate feeding from other animals No small children due to his size and guarding behavior Cat-savvy home (or no cats)
