Meet Sam the 5 year old Great Pyrenees!🐶 Sam is true to his breed. He protects his people and loves to roam around a fenced in backyard. Keep an eye out. Sam would do best in a fenced in yard and in a quieter home he is good with kids and good with dogs with a proper introduction Sam loves going for a walks and curling up on the couch taking a nap. Story
Aspen is ready to travel to a community that will truly cherish him as a family member. He is currently in Oklahoma at our rescue. Because we want his transition to be as smooth as possible, we arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities (listed below!). Adoptions are finalized in advance so that Aspen can hop off the transport and right into your waiting arms. We stand by our pups for life. In the rare event it isn't a perfect match, Aspen is never without a safety net; he will simply return to our care in Oklahoma on the next available transport until his perfect home is found. Meet Aspen! Fast Facts Breed Guess: Great Pyrenees & Australian Shepherd Mix Age: 4 months old (as of June 15) Gender: Male Weight: Around 20 lbs, expect large dog at full-weight. 60+ pounds. Energy Level: Playful and fun-loving Favorite Activity: Playing and splashing around in the water! About Aspen Aspen is a typical 4-month-old puppy who is ready to find his perfect forever family! Believed to be a wonderful mix of Great Pyrenees and Australian Shepherd, he is currently a handsome 20-pound package of pure puppy joy as of June 15. Personality: A typical, happy pup who absolutely loves people. Because he is so young, it can be safely assumed that he will do great with children. He is also a total water baby! If there is a puddle, a pool, or a hose nearby, you can find him happily splashing around or making mud. Other Animals: Aspen is fantastic with other dogs! He is a completely happy-go-lucky guy who simply has a blast playing with his canine buddies and always gets along beautifully with the group. Should be fine with cats since he is young and trainable. Training & House Skills: He is already doing okay in his crate. While he hasn't had any official training on a leash or with housebreaking just yet; he is a smart boy who should learn the ropes quickly with a consistent routine. He'll just need a patient family ready to guide him through his puppy milestones! Safety First: To ensure he is in tip-top shape for his new family, he will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and a certified Health Certificate. All will be performed within 10 days of his transport date. Adoption Details His adoption fee is $1,200. This fee is all-inclusive, covering his neuter, all veterinary care listed above, and his seat on a professional transport service dedicated to getting him safely to your area.
