Meet Bellamy! This absolutely precious girl is around 1 year old, currently 45 lbs, and working toward a healthier weight of approximately 55 lbs!
Her foster mama describes her as a UNICORN, and we couldn't agree more! Sweet, gentle, quiet, affectionate, and incredibly easygoing, Bellamy is simply happy to be loved. She's the perfect combination of a backyard speedster and a professional couch cuddler! 🥹
🐾 Housebreaking? PERFECT! Not a single accident! Bellamy sleeps peacefully through the night in her crate and does beautifully while her foster mama works. She's also been trusted loose in the house for errands and has been a complete angel!
🐾 Energy level? 3–4/10! She's calm indoors, playful when it's time for fun, and respectful of everyone's space. She's treat-motivated, eager to please, knows "sit," and has made HUGE improvements with her leash manners!
🐾 Kids? LOVES THEM! Bellamy lives with four boys, ages 6, 8, 9 & 13, and is wonderful with them!
🐾 Other animals? She gets along beautifully with her foster sister but would be equally happy soaking up all the attention as an only dog! Cats are an unknown.
🐾 New people? Bellamy can initially be a little unsure, but she warms up quickly! Her confidence has blossomed in foster care, and a little patience is all she needs to show off her sweet PAWsonality!
🐾 Out & about? She's an absolute ROCKSTAR for baths, grooming, and nail trims! She has wonderful car manners, although she can drool a little when nervous.
Bellamy enjoys toys but is still figuring out what all the fuss is about. Belly rubs, affection, and being close to her people? THOSE she's mastered! 🤍
This sweet soul has so much love to give and asks for so little in return. She's ready for a forever family who will cherish her gentle heart, continue building her confidence, and give her all the love she deserves.
