DOBBY & BELLA - Bonded Pair Meet Dobby & Bella, a remarkable bonded pair who have overcome incredible adversity to become loving and loyal companions. Since birth, they have relied on each other for support and protection, having never been allowed indoors and receiving no medical care. At 1-1/2 years old, they have already made tremendous progress. They have adjusted seamlessly to indoor life, demonstrating impeccable behavior and no accidents.They have also shown no prey drive towards smaller animals, including cats, chickens, and goats. With patience and practice, they have become comfortable with car rides and have excellent car manners. They walk well together on leash, respond promptly to recall, and are highly receptive to training and treats. Housebroken and well-behaved, they use a doggy door and alert you when needed. Crate training has also been a success, with no signs of anxiety or destruction. While they do require continued work on basic commands like Off/Down and Stay, they are eager to learn and please. These incredible sisters are a testament to the power of love, resilience, and determination.They are ready to bring joy, love, and companionship into their forever home.Our adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’re welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we’re closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays
