She’s waiting patiently at the front of her kennel, tail wagging and wearing what looks like a little smile, hoping someone will stop by to say hello.Slick can be a bit shy at first and may take a moment to feel fully comfortable, but once she does, her sweet nature really shines. She enjoys gentle pets, has been happy to give a few kisses, and walks nicely on leash. She sometimes prefers to take things at her own pace—occasionally settling down instead of rushing in—but she remains calm and easygoing when handled.Around other dogs, Slick shows friendly interest and a relaxed, polite demeanor. She tends to play gently and does well in social settings, though she may not always seek out constant interaction.Slick would do best with an adopter who can give her the time and reassurance she needs to build confidence.
