Story
Notch was surrendered to us after his owner passed away. He is a sweet boy but does need time to warm up to new people. He does decent on a leash, but does not like going on long walks especially in large open areas. When inside, he did okay in his kennel but did have a few pee accidents. He likes to demolish soft toys. He knows how to load up in a car but once in one, he is terrified on the whole trip. He came in with other dogs, but has so far shown aggression towards male dogs. We think he'll be okay with females but have yet to properly test him. We always highly recommend a meet and greet with any current household dogs. We do not know how he is with cats or livestock. Notch has received all his vaccines, a microchip, a neuter, and de-wormer. He did test positive for heartworms and has started the slow-kill method of treatment. He will need to be kept on an ivermectin based heartworm preventative until he can be retested in a year.

Story
We adopted Pyper in 2020, and she’s got such a big attitude! She’s sweet, and loves attention. We’re looking to rehome her due to space issues. She’s a big girl and she needs room that we simply do not have. We wouldd love for Pyper to go to a home with a big yard, and she loves kids! She does have issues with guarding her food around other animals, so we would prefer her to go to a home without other dogs.
