Jesse James: It is so fun watching this active kitten make mischief! Jesse is fearless and loves to explore, often zooming around with his cute little bobtail flicking behind him before hopping over for pets and attention. He is chatty, affectionate, and purrs loudly as soon as he sees his people, like he’s greeting his favorite fans. He’s full of personality and energy, and brings laughter and joy wherever he goes. Wild Bill Hickock: This sweet little guy is an old soul with a tender heart. When you pet him, he gazes lovingly into your eyes and melts right into your lap for a long snuggle, his little bobtail wiggling with happiness. He’s a little less active than his brothers, giving him a calming, peaceful presence that’s perfect for quiet companionship. Meet Spottie: A Love Story in Fur and WhiskersIn a world where hearts are often guarded and days rush by too quickly, there exists a tiny gentleman who’s rewriting the rules of romance — one soft purr at a time. Spottie is a black and white kitten, a dashing little soul with a tuxedo coat fit for moonlit rendezvous and curious eyes that sparkle with affection. He’s not just a kitten — he’s a love letter brought to life. From the moment you meet him, you’ll feel it: the playful glint in his eye, the gentle way he reaches out with a paw as if asking, “May I have this dance?” He’ll chase your shoelaces with reckless devotion, tumble after shadows like a poet chasing dreams, and curl up in your lap with the sigh of someone who’s finally found home.Spottie is sweet, endlessly loving, and hopelessly devoted to making your heart his favorite playground. He’s not looking for a casual fling — he’s in it for the long haul, ready to give you his whole heart, whiskers and all.If you're ready for a forever kind of love, Spottie is waiting — and his purr is louder than any serenade. 💕🐾

Story
Meet Nezuko, the snuggly little sweetheart with a gorgeous mix of black, gray, and white fur—and a whole lot of love to give! Raised in foster care since she was just 3 weeks old, Nezuko is a total people-kitten. She’s incredibly social, affectionate, and always ready for attention. Reach your hand into her playpen, and she’ll wrap her tiny paws around it like she’s giving you a hug—her adorable way of asking, *“Pick me up, please!”* Nezuko starts purring the instant she’s in your arms and loves to be cuddled close. But don’t let her gentle snuggles fool you—she’s also full of playful energy and especially loves wrestling with her brother Tanjiro. Her favorite toy is a rainbow ribbon wand, which she chases with dramatic flair and total enthusiasm. If you’re looking for an outgoing, affectionate kitten who will shower you with love and keep you smiling all day, Nezuko is ready to charm her way into your heart—and your lap! ----- The Pre-adoption process allows us to get the adoption process started early, even though vetting isn’t complete. Per the Department of Agriculture rules and regulations, The Kitten Rescue Project is responsible for vetting all of its kittens before adoption is final. At this time the kitten is not fully vetted because he/she is too young. We expect vetting will be completed around Dec 12th, but could be delayed a couple weeks longer if he/she does not meet the weight requirement by our vet. Once vetted, our kittens are dewormed, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. Our feline adoption fee is $120, which assists in offsetting but does not entirely cover the expenses incurred for the animal's care and completion of essential veterinary care. We do not place cats in homes based on the order of application received. Instead, we prioritize the earliest applications that are the best match for the kitten. We will prioritize applicants within a 2 hour drive of Atlanta, GA to help minimize the kitten's stress during transport. Our adoption process does not happen in a single day. Typically, it can take at least a week for applications to move from submission to adoption. We reserve the right to deny any applicant for any reason. For the application - please visit https://thekittenproject.org/adopt/form-adopter-info?petName=Nezuko

Story
Meet Tanjiro, the brave little buff and white warrior with a heart full of love and a spirit that just won’t quit! Raised in foster care since he was just 3 weeks old, Tanjiro had a rough start battling pneumonia—but this tiny fighter pulled through with strength, determination, and a whole lot of purrs. Now he’s a happy, healthy, and playful kitten who’s making the most of every moment. Tanjiro is full of energy and joy—he loves to play, especially when it involves tackling his sister Nezuko in a surprise kitten ambush. But when the zoomies are over, he turns into the ultimate cuddlebug. He adores being held and will snuggle right into your arms, meowing sweetly and purring like a tiny motor. With his gentle nature, playful heart, and the cutest little meow you’ve ever heard, Tanjiro is ready to bring love, laughter, and joy to his forever home. ----- The Pre-adoption process allows us to get the adoption process started early, even though vetting isn’t complete.
