Story
I am John Balestrini, 75 years old and through the years my wife Nancy and I accumulated 4 cats. Sam and Lily were adopted in 2016 from the animal shelter in Brighton. Later we took in two strays living on the street. Nancy died a year ago and I have been taking care of our babies by myself. Three of our cats adjusted to the loss of Nancy but Sam has not. Sam cries all the time and acts out. Sam has fallen out of favor with the other cats including his sister. We have a large 6 cat catio on the back porch which is covered with a gabled roof. This is where I keep Sam and during bad/cold weather there is a large 4 tier cat cage in the garage. I can no longer keep Sam in the house. I am praying for a new home for Sam with experienced people who will do a better job than I have.
