American Bobtail kittens & cats in Rockingham, North Carolina

Mr Bob (approx 2-3 yrs old) must have had a very rough life on the street. He has a crinkly ear and a probably “not on purpose “ bobbed tail. That being said, he has a very handsome face and is so quiet and unassuming. He gets along great with Wilma and Walter, who he is fostered with, and never, ever causes trouble. He sort of seems like the guy who is just grateful to be here and doesn’t want to create a fuss. Update: Bob has been in a foster home with a quiet environment, which he is thriving in. Climbs up on your chest to cuddle and take a nap! He would do well with a patient, experienced adopter who understands he needs a wee bit of time to acclimate to his new home environment. Mary Poppins (dob 4/1/25) was scooped up from a TNR site at a very young age. She was brought up with her cousins and is now hanging out with Regis (another bobtail). With a crouch down, wiggle her stub tail and pounce, she is off flying through the air on top of Regis for a rumble and tumble and the chase is on! She LOVES people (or pretty much anything that breaths and pays attention to her) and has an amazing personality plus. Mary is fearless, and all about the play, snuggles, and affection. Regis (dob 5/20/25) was scooped up from a TNR site. He was hanging out on the porch of the feeder who was moving and they asked us to take him so he would have a loving home. They treated him for a kitty cold, but his right eye, as you can see in his photos, is a little cloudy. Regis is a brave kitten and appears to be the only survivor of his litter. He is affectionate and will purr when he sees you. We put him in with our other bobtail, Mary, who is keeping him company. He is having fun with his new toys and loves to play, snuggle, eat, and nap.
