We remain hopeful that Charlie will find his forever home. Charlie just wants a relationship with the people who care for him. He's a good house dog and good company for another dog. Charlie is a submissive male. He's never tried to dig. He will bark at cats he sees outside. Charlie hasn't lived with young children in rescue. He's been good with kids over 8.
