Story
Leo is a sweetheart and is unfortunately needing to rehomed. This is no fault of his - it's due to serious health problem. His best friend is a 2yr old black and white tuxedo kitty that I would really be happy to see them adopted together. He has been pampered and loved on since I got him at 6 weeks old.

Story
Langston is a pup at heart.  He loves to be cuddled and pet.  He is a gorgeous boy, tall and muscular.  He is great on a leash and free roam.  Langston has done well with other dogs he has been in play yard with.  Only once did he have an issue.  It was an unaltered male and Langston was growling at him and he was growling at Langston.  To be safe, best to keep him away from unaltered males.  Also since he is an adult, best to supervise any first meetings.  We have not had him around cats but would not let him be loose around them until it is known how he reacts.  He loves chew toys, bones rawhides etc.  Langston rides well in a car.  He is loving and sweet and will be a great companion.  We advise that care be taken on first meetings with new dogs, particularly unaltered males.   He should not be near cats, small animals until it is known how he does with them.December 5, 2022, 12:25 am

Story
We saw her in our headlights, running in the middle of the road ahead. We suspect someone had just dumped her, out of their car, and she was trying to catch up to them. Then we saw a truck coming in the opposite direction, and it hit her, never slowing down. We jumped out of the car to check on her as she laid in the road. We took her home and saw one injury on her side, and about a dozen old scars on her head, face, legs, and body, and she showed signs of previously being bred. We agreed, this day would be day 1 of a new life. We named her Bunny and in-the-weeks after, we learned several things about her:1) She loves deeply for her person and will be your constant companion. Her face searches your face with love, seeking soft gentle hand touches or kisses. She will join you on the couch, chair, and bed, as her favorite spot is snuggling close to you- blankets are a plus. Once she settles in, you will hear a big sigh of contentment. We would like for her family to be retired, or work from home- home more than gone. Remember, her whole existence is about being with you.2) She is happy and active, loves to play with fuzzy or squeaky toys, and races around the house/yard as she is so excited for life, her meals and the chance to help you with your daily activities. She is incredibly athletic. She is a bit of a goof ball and will keep you laughing/smiling. 3) She is very smart and loves to please- easy to redirect if she is not complying with your wishes. Just the sound of your voice will alter her state of mind. 4) She doesn’t know how to play appropriately with other dogs – she’s rough and a bit of a bully so we would recommend that she be an only dog. 5) She cannot be crated ever due to extreme anxieties and will hurt herself trying to escape. This is not a problem for us as she is housebroken and is not destructive. 6) Walking on a lead is still a project in process. She pulls, crisscrosses the sidewalk, but is easy to correct. We walk her in a harness. We love Bunny and want her new home to make a lifetime commitment. To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application.
