We're looking for a happy forever home for Repete. The number one requirement is a home with a female adopter.  Men, no matter how calm and laid back, really stress him out. He is not at all aggressive with men,  but they cause him to cower and be constantly on guard. He bolted from a male foster and was missing for 3 years. It's a miracle that he has been found, so we want him to finally find his own calm safe home! The good news is Repete is wonderful with other pets. He's sweet, loving, and will make a loyal companion. He's neutered,  heartworm negative,  and fully vetted. He's about 65 pounds,  is white with tan ears and tan around his right eye, and is about 7 years old.  ##110445##

Story
Looking to re home my bully to a loving family/home. He’s a year old, very playful and friendly. He is an inside dog that is crate and house trained. Great with children. Only eats Diamond brands of dog food. Loves to play with children and enjoys eating doggy treats and peanut butter. Only likes to be outside when he’s being played with, doesn’t like to be left alone. He enjoys going on walks and being around other loving dogs.

Story
We saw her in our headlights, running in the middle of the road ahead. We suspect someone had just dumped her, out of their car, and she was trying to catch up to them. Then we saw a truck coming in the opposite direction, and it hit her, never slowing down. We jumped out of the car to check on her as she laid in the road. We took her home and saw one injury on her side, and about a dozen old scars on her head, face, legs, and body, and she showed signs of previously being bred. We agreed, this day would be day 1 of a new life. We named her Bunny and in-the-weeks after, we learned several things about her:1) She loves deeply for her person and will be your constant companion. Her face searches your face with love, seeking soft gentle hand touches or kisses. She will join you on the couch, chair, and bed, as her favorite spot is snuggling close to you- blankets are a plus. Once she settles in, you will hear a big sigh of contentment. We would like for her family to be retired, or work from home- home more than gone. Remember, her whole existence is about being with you.2) She is happy and active, loves to play with fuzzy or squeaky toys, and races around the house/yard as she is so excited for life, her meals and the chance to help you with your daily activities. She is incredibly athletic. She is a bit of a goof ball and will keep you laughing/smiling. 3) She is very smart and loves to please- easy to redirect if she is not complying with your wishes. Just the sound of your voice will alter her state of mind. 4) She doesn’t know how to play appropriately with other dogs – she’s rough and a bit of a bully so we would recommend that she be an only dog. 5) She cannot be crated ever due to extreme anxieties and will hurt herself trying to escape. This is not a problem for us as she is housebroken and is not destructive. 6) Walking on a lead is still a project in process. She pulls, crisscrosses the sidewalk, but is easy to correct. We walk her in a harness. We love Bunny and want her new home to make a lifetime commitment. To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application. Once your application has been processed, we'll be in contact. We cannot schedule a meet and greet without a completed application. Meet Ford, a remarkable Bulldog whose presence is as powerful and steadfast as a mighty river. Just like the characteristics of his breed, Ford embodies kindness and courage, showcasing a unique blend of friendliness and dignity. Now you may not see it by looking into his gorgeous brown eyes, but Ford has suffered in his short life.... he came to the rescue from the streets with a HORRIFIC hernia on his back end, near his rectum. He required two surgeries to correct the hernia and allow him to have a normal life again. He came through with SHINING colors ;) With his well-muscled frame and low-slung stature, Ford is the epitome of a true bruiser, but it's his iconic "sourmug" face that represents his unwavering courage and tenacity. Despite his robust appearance, Ford is a docile and loyal companion, adapting seamlessly to any environment, be it the bustling city or the serene countryside. With Ford by your side, you'll experience the unwavering devotion and unmistakable presence of a Bulldog, a breed that leaves an indelible mark on your heart. Don't miss the opportunity to welcome this incredible Bulldog into your life, as Ford's unique spirit will bring joy, love, and an unmistakable charm that only he can deliver. Some basic information about Ford; he is male, a Bulldog mix, and is medium-sized (20-59lbs). Ford is not great with other dogs (or cats or other critters) and would be best in a home with either only adults or older children and as a single dog. But his heart will fill your home with all the love you need!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Meet Gayle, a 2-year-old female American Bulldog mix with a stunning apricot and white bicolor coat. Gayle is a high-energy pup who loves spending time with people. She's incredibly friendly and cuddly, always eager to share affection. While Gayle enjoys the company of people, she can be selective with other dogs and might need a patient and experienced owner who can help her navigate her interactions. She's a bit anxious and defensive around other dogs, but with slow exposure and gentle guidance, she has the potential to adjust and become more comfortable over time. We suggest a single dog home for Gayle. If you're an experienced dog owner looking for a loving and energetic companion, Gayle could be the perfect addition to your family. With a little time and patience, she's sure to become a loyal and devoted friend. Come meet Gayle and see if you can be the one to provide her with a forever home filled with love and understanding. Meatloaf... its whats for DINNER!!! I will take a side of mashed taters and some GRAVY too :) I am actually the puppy, formerly known as HAMBURGER, but mixed with some love, spice and a little ketchup and turned into THIS BIG HUNKA LOVE!! (with a side of cute and silly too) I have a big heart and a big personality too. I want to be someone's really really good friend, and guess what?? I am even BETTER on the second day! Put a slice of Meatloaf between two slices of bread with more ketchup and you are feasting again for lunch! Anyway, enuff about food.. I am seriously getting hungry! The kind of hunger that can only be satisfied with a REAL FAMILY like yours! I am sweet and happy, I am goofy and happy and I am squishy and happy too! So if you have not figured it out yet... I AM HAPPY!!! I am pretty good with other dogs, I can share... if I have to!! I am kind of a couch potato, if you are into napping I am down with that. I can hike and do active stuff too, if you are into that. But just like after eating a big meatloaf sandwich, the best thing to do is to take a nap :) So look me up, here are my stats- I am lovely, and a solid 72#. I was treated for heartworms and am one big hunk-o-love ready for you :):) Be the bread to my Meatloaf!!
