Meet Hazie Hazie is a senior boxer girl with a past she didn’t choose and a heart that never gave up. She came from a severe hoarding situation, and the scars on her head, neck, and legs quietly tell pieces of that story. What they don’t tell you is who Hazie is now. Hazie is incredibly sweet, gentle, and deeply people-loving. She leans into affection, soaks up kindness, and seems to understand that she’s finally safe. Her favorite thing is being near her humans, where she can just exist without fear and with lots of love. Helga is a 4 year old English Bulldog and weighs 38 pounds. This girl LOVES her toys, especially her tennis balls! Her favorite thing in the world is playing with her foster dad, especially playing tug or stalking her tennis balls. Helga also loves to cuddle and get scratches, and she can be the sweetest, funniest girl! Helga really doesn't like being in a crate, but she is completely housetrained and has never torn anything up. She does not get crated in her foster home, and she does very well. Helga has some behavioral issues that are being worked on with her veterinarian, her trainer, and her foster family and will need a home that does not have children and has experience with the English Bulldog breed. She has had surgery to correct her Brachycephalic Airway Syndrome and is in excellent health.
