**Meet Stormy (Formerly Snowflake and Ms. Pac-Man)**

**Background**
Stormy has had more comebacks than a reality TV star! After being in and out of Memphis Animal Services more times than we can count, one of our heroic fosters swooped in, armed with an owner surrender form, to rescue her from her challenging situation. Now, she's ready to find her forever home where she can reign as the queen she is!
**Personality**
This girl is as sweet as a cupcake and as calm as a sloth on a Sunday afternoon. Stormy is deaf, which means she has the unique superpower of selective hearing—if you’re not holding a treat, she might not hear you at all! But don’t worry, she’s a smart cookie and knows a few commands! With some hand signals and a little patience, you’ll find she responds beautifully to cues, making communication a breeze. Also, using the leash on different motions can help cue her as to what you want her to do.
While she may take her time warming up to other dogs (she’s a bit of a diva), she’s always a good girl at heart. Stormy is a pro at napping—seriously, she could teach a masterclass on how to snooze! She’s also a fantastic car companion; whether it’s a road trip or a quick jaunt to the store, she’ll be your loyal co-pilot.
Stormy has lived with kids and cats, getting along well with both. However, she's not a fan of the rain when it comes to potty time, so a little encouragement may be needed during wet weather. House trained and ready to roll, she adjusts to her environment faster than you can say “treat time!” (Just make sure you use the hand signal for it, and watch her perk up with excitement!)
