I have to tell you a scary story. My name is Bertha but I don’t want to keep that name - I really need a family to give me a perfect name because I am a perfect girl!! Am I your perfect girl? Back to my story - a while ago I found myself in a cold and lonely shelter. It was so frightening and I became so afraid that I was called shut down - one day I heard them say it was going to be my last. I don’t know what happened but some great people at RescueVet chose to save my life. I am so thankful to them and my awesome foster mom - she lets me play with my little foster sister and that is a lot of fun but, I really need a family and a home to make me feel safe and happy forever. Meet Elean! She is a sweet soul that is kid and other animal friendly! She loves her bones and fluffy blankets, and I haven't found a toy she doesn't like yet! She really enjoys when it is sunny out and will sit and sunbathe when the weather allows. When the chill sets in, she is best suited for the couch hippo life style. Elean has an old injury to her back leg that has been monitored while in foster. She is a beautiful blonde color with a great smile! She is currently in foster with kids, a cat, and small dog. She does great with all of the other animals in the family! Transport is available for an additional crate fee by a licensed company.

Howdy y'all! My name is Raspberry. I am a fun loving pup who is looking for someone with as much energy as me! I love to play with the other dogs at the shelter and I LOVE to run around! I am a very sweet girl, and I have a tendency to roll over for belly rubs. If you'd like to meet me, stop on by! All animal adoptions are typically $80. For puppies and kittens under the age of 6 months, adoptions are $100. For dogs, this includes the first series of vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, heartworm testing and heartworm preventative. For cats, this includes the first series of vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter and feline AIDS/leukemia testing. Meet Bandit! Bandit is the most loving and sweet little couch hippo. Don’t let her petite size fool you, she is full of energy and spunk. She is dog friendly and loves to play. Bandit is excited to explore and meet new people but is always just as excited to lay in your lap and cuddle. She loves to snuggle in close and loves constant pets. She’s as sweet as can be and absolutely a delight to foster. Bandit displays a lot of affection with kisses and cuddles and deserve the best forever home. She is crate trained for sleep and is working on leash manners. She has a great demeanor and does a great job being responsive to cues and learning in the moment. She is food motivated and learns quickly with some snack enforcement. Bandit is a year old and weighs 42 pounds. She is healthy, up to date on vaccinations, HW negative and spayed. She is ready to travel to her forever home! Bandit is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $400 which includes a health certificate and costs for the transport north. He was found as a stray in Memphis and is not on the hunt for his forever home. Parker loves everyone he meets and just wants someone to love him back. He enjoys treats and lots of pets from his person. Parker is fostering with other dogs and seems to be okay with most. He can a bit of a pest with some dogs and get on their nerves so an easy going dog would probably be better. Parker is crate trained, trained and has pretty good manners. He will need a home that is willing to give him consistency, love and patience while he adjusts to his new home and schedule. This hunk is Charleston. He is a four year old Bulldog mix. He is the sweetest fun loving goofball. He is a big boy who loves attention. He wants you to pet him, and he wants to lean into you with his whole body. He does not meet a stranger in a person or dog. He loves playing in the backyard with his toys, and then lounging on the porch sunbathing. He gets excited to go anywhere. He will run to the door and wait for you to let him out- then he jumps right in the car. This adorable boy has the most stunning eyes. We believe Charleston has some hearing loss. He seems to hear some pitches, but either doesn’t hear the others or ignores them. He does good walking on a leash, is kennel trained, and house trained. He loves greatly- he will become your shadow. If he wants your attention he will whine/talk to you to let you know. Charleston is a big boy with still a lot of puppy energy so a home with older children would be best. This guy is amazing, and deserves the perfect forever home!
