But once she made it into a loving foster home, her true personality blossomed, and wow… she had been keeping some serious tricks up her sleeve!This girl is smart and full of “tricks of the trade,” showing off her manners and playful side once she feels safe. She’s heartworm negative, leash trained, and fully potty trained — basically house-ready and waiting for her forever family.Mocha is the ultimate velcro dog. She bonds deeply with her people and loves being close, whether that’s following you from room to room or curling up next to you on the couch. She adores men, women, kids, and other dogs. In fact, she needs another confident, playful dog in the home to help keep her outgoing and thriving.She’s the perfect mix of cozy and playful — a certified couch potato who enjoys lounging the day away, but she can also kick into high-energy mode when it’s time to play!Mocha has already shown how beautifully she can transform in a loving home. Now she’s just waiting for a forever family to give her the stability and companionship she deserves. Meet Max 🐾 Max is a 7-year-old, 4.8 lb Chihuahua with a quiet, independent personality. He’s not your typical “Velcro dog” — and that’s okay. Max prefers to observe the world from the comfort of his bed and takes his time deciding who he trusts. He’s not interested in toys or roughhousing with other dogs, and he doesn’t seek out constant attention. Instead, Max is more of a low-key companion who enjoys his own space and a calm environment. Max is still working on his potty habits but does use pee pads. He isn’t a fan of being picked up and may feel more comfortable when allowed to approach people on his own terms. 💙 The Right Home for Max: Max needs a patient, understanding adopter who won’t rush him. Someone experienced with shy or independent dogs would be ideal. With time, consistency, and respect for his boundaries, Max may slowly build trust and show his softer side.
