Story
Scooter may look like your average tabby, but he’s got a secret superpower. When he think’s no one is looking, he can flex and bend into the most impressive poses. He can even do it in his sleep! Now THAT’s one twisted kitty! Apart from being super flexible, Scooter entertains with acrobatic jumps and playful antics and once tired out, will come looking for cuddles and kisses. He loves being petted so much, he will literally search out your hand so he can place his whole head in it! He’d be most happy with other pets or kids to buddy up with. Scooter is fostered in the Monrovia area outside of Huntsville AL. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered and micro-chipped. If you are interested in adopting Scooter, please go to forrescue.net/cat-application and fill out a non-binding application.

Story
Priya came to me with her brother Raj and had to be conditioned to trust people. You wouldn’t know that now, both love people! Priya is a princess and she knows she deserves the best in life. I have caught her staring at herself in the bathroom mirror. That is truth! She love to play especially with her brother Raj and the red laser dot. She’s a master hunter and relentless when chasing anything that moves. Priya and Raj would love to be adopted together. They compliment each other and have been each other’s rock through all the changes and challenges in their short life.

Story
Fiona is extremely beautiful and equally shy. She is semi-feral and will not come to you. I have been working with her for months and she is making progress but it’s very slow. She now will stay in the same room and let me close but if she thinks I’m going to touch her-she’s gone. With a patient person she could become a great indoor companion. It would need to be a calm environment for her to learn she is safe and can trust people. She has a sister (Mia) who is equally shy and they would make a great pair of barncats and would love to be adopted together.

Story
Raj is an outgoing playful fun partner in crime. He is super sweet and snuggles in your lap when he’s tired. He came to me with his sister Priya and had to be conditioned to trust people. You wouldn’t know that now, both love people! Disclaimer: Raj and Priya were fixed the same day and tested negative for Feline Leukemia. Raj got sick last August 2020 and tested positive for Feline Leukemia but Priya was still negative. After Raj got better, he tested negative again. Then we sent his blood work off to test at 2 labs and one came back positive and one was negative. But because he tested positive the vet said he has to be listed as positive but in remission. He has not been sick or shown any symptoms since his initial vet visit.
