Story
This pet is part of the rehoming program and is not in the care of the CCSPCA. Please read carefully and reach out to the owner directly via cell: 559-974-2311 or email: aalene8942@gmail.com. The owner states, I peeled Jean Luc off the sidewalk in front of my house and after a lengthy back and forth with vets and specialists, it`s time to get him a home. I can`t take any more pets, neither can anyone I know, but I wish I could. Jean Luc is so affectionate and cuddly and is so suited to his new home indoors. (In fact since getting fixed, he`s a little scared of the outdoors now.) I know he`d make someone so happy and he`d be happy in return. All he needs is a hundred kisses every day, and someone to watch out for his health a little. While he doesn`t have any conditions that require medication, he does have a permanent wheeze. (This is why there was back and forth. Ask me and I will regale you with the lengthy tale.) The vets have concluded he simply has scarring on his eustachian tube. It doesn`t effect his daily life, though if he gets sick again (like when I found him) it will make it harder to treat. He does also have Calicivirus, which is common and mostly harmless. This will also make getting over colds and such a little more difficult. This does mean that he needs to be an indoor only cat. He won`t have health issues if he isn`t exposed to them, which as an indoor cat he shouldn`t be. But that just mean he`d have more time to cuddle you.Jean Luc (Named after Picard, you know, the Star Trek captain?) is a Big Cat. He`s just about 12 pounds and absolutely what you would call `big boned.` He loves string toys and headbutting you with his massive head, and tolerates being picked up well. (He likes it in small doses!) He`s terrified of the vet, but this manifests as him trying to hide in my arms, and he`s easy to scoop up with a carrier. He does still have that Stray Cat Hunter Instinct, but play time takes care of that just fine. We also have worked on mat training him. He`s.....decent at it. But he does understand sitting patiently and waiting for a treat. He`s treat and attention motivated, so only inquire after him if you`re ready for a cat who wants to be near you all the time. ” Due to the pet not being in our care, it is out of our control when and if the owner responds to your inquiry. Thank you.

Story
This tiny baby girl needs a home ASAP. She appeared in our yard last week. She cried outside my bedroom window all night. We were able to track her down hiding in the neighbors car engine. She is barely a month old. Very playful and loving. Purrs on contact. Uses a liter box. Who will be the lucky human to this precious baby? She's growing so fast! I hope we find her human soon.

Story
Little Lucy is 3 yrs old, I got her from a young lady who had so many cats in her apartment she needed to find homes for them. She was 10 weeks old when I adopted her. Lucy loves being on my lap and loves getting petted. She is so sweet and loves to play tag with my older cat. She is mostly outside but will come inside when she wants to. She sleeps in the garage but also loves my bed and when she does sleep indoors she is quiet and sleeps all night. The kids can pick her up and she does not hiss nor scratch. Everyone says she’s so sweet. I’m moving out of state and I have 2 cats that I need to regime to someone who loves kitties.
