Story
This is Husky, he loves playing with his liter mate brother Houdini. He enjoys sun bathing in the window, munching on treats, and getting as high up as he can and watching others while silently judging them! In his own cat-dog ways, he loves greeting his owners at the door and getting in as many leg rubs as he can get! He is a 2 year old neutered male that is completely liter box trained. He gets along with other cats, dogs, and children. I would love for him to find a home with his bonded liter mate brother Houdini if possible. * Husky and his 3 liter mates were found as kittens when they were around 8-12 weeks old. They have been examined by a vet and neutered. They have all been indoors only since found outside almost 2 years ago.

Story
This beautiful boy is Gizmo. He is an 8 year old American Shorthair and he is a sweetheart with humans, but he cannot be around other pets, which is why we are looking to rehome him into a family with no other pets, especially dogs, who can give him plenty of love and attention. He loves sitting in laps and getting pets, but he can be aggressive if prompted or if he encounters other animals. He was recently seen by a veterinarian who gave him a potential diagnosis of FIC due to prolonged time spent in the litter box and some urination on furniture, so someone experienced in cat behavior is preferred as we believe the multi-pet environment he is living in has been a factor. He is prone to anxiety and may take time to warm up to new people. He also has a benign cyst in his left elbow that should be regularly monitored for mobility as it could become dangerous to him if it stiffens. We love him so much, but it's putting so much stress on him to be with two other cats and a new puppy.

Story
Kira is great with other animals. She’s a little people shy, but not people averse. She handles a collar well. Will come with about a months worth of food and litter as well as her crate. The fee is negotiable. She was left at my house to foster while someone found an apartment. She’s been here three months with no contact from her owner. I cannot afford to keep her unfortunately. She’s about a year old and I was told she had basic shots but I don’t know which ones.

Story
Hi. My name is Lukas, and I have 3 cats that have had each their own litter of kittens. We wanted to get them fixed in the last couple of weeks before they came along, but what do you know The Lord snuck in and decided that we should be blessed with more kitties! Ahh! They are in need of loving homes. They all 3 (3 brothers) are very playful, in good spirits, and are veryyy adventurous. They do well around other cats, dogs, and people. They are being raised in a single family home around another litter of little ones. I'm open to any potential adopters coming over to have a look at them before deciding to see if they match up with each other. It's important to me that you feel comfortable with who he is as a kitten, and who he will be as an adult. I named him Christian. I wanted to stick with C names for the 3 brothers...so they became Chance, Charlie, and Christian. You can name them whatever you wish of coarse; I intended it just as temporary until they are rehomed.

Story
Emilio was found as a kitten walking on the sidewalk by himself. So, naturally I claimed him. Based on his size and what he could eat I believe his DOB to be 3/22/15. Emilio has had no interactions with dogs, so I’m unsure of what his reaction would be. I’m living in a new home now and can no longer keep him. He has a genetic “deformity” it doesn’t hurt him, but his tail curls. It’s adorable 🥰 plus he gets excited and his tail shakes ☺️Please, I don’t want to put him in a shelter. I want to send him with someone who will love him as much as I do. 🥺❤️😭

Story
Meet Percy. He's a young adult with medium-length fur. He is a Big fella now. I love to spoil the kitties. What can I say? March 17th he was trapped. Weeks prior Percy and another kitty were spotted with injuries that required medical attention. Took a volunteer week and only Percy was trapped and immediately saw the vet He's been at the sanctuary healing. With daily care needed he finally learned to accept us humans. He was a feisty grossly fella but the trick is wet food 2x a day with petting and patience. He was neutered a week ago and today he is ready for his happy forever to find him. Percy is FIV positive, also has a heart murmur, and due to his lack of ability /street wisdom he cannot be released back outside. He needs a family that will shower him with love, attention, playtime, toys and quality care indoors living only. A responsible pet-owning home. Did I mention how much he loves warm wet food?! Percy is good with cats and dogs. His stay at the sanctuary has allowed him to trust he's safe around them. Available now animalhousesanctuary.org
