Story
Andy’s owner developed dementia snd was brought to California to live in a facility while Andy was left behind. Andy has been in foster for almost one year. He has been adopted out three times and each time he has been returned. He is at least 11 years old. Due to his dental and kidney health the vet thinks he could be older. We don’t know for sure how old he is. He needs dental work done and a wet food diet to help his kidney health. He has a problem using the litter box. Anyone interested in adopting Andy should have experience with senior front paw declawed cats. He is a lover. By that I mean he wants to be on your lap all the time. Someone who is retired or works from home would be best. He gets along with some cats. He gets along with low energy dogs. Andy was an only pet in his old home. It is not a requirement for his new home, but he would probably prefer it. If you think you can give Andy the care that he needs, please reach out. He will repay you with all the love he has.

Story
Fluffy is a lovable, 7 year old, fully declawed male cat. We have had him since he was a kitten and it breaks our hearts to have to put him up for a new home. We have 3 young girls and he has always been really good with them as well. The reason that we need to give him up is because he continues to mark the same spot in our basement and we cannot get him to stop. This is not a daily occurrence, but typically with a frequency of every 1-2 months, so while it might not be extremely frequent, nonetheless it's an issue that we can't ignore and don't want to gloss over. My husband has some allergy issues, so from the beginning we agreed that the cat would not be allowed to sleep in our bedroom, so he's always stayed in the basement during the night (which is a full sized, walk out basement with plenty of room to play); however, we believe this is when he decides to mark this same spot, when he is in the basement alone and feels anxious from being shut off from the upstairs.

Story
Smokey is a stray that someone had neutered. She just ran in my house when the weather got cold. She stayed in basement at first but learned to trust me. Likes to sit on my lap. I have two other cats which none of them get along. She has been around the neighborhood for a few years

Story
This was my mother’s cat that she just got several months back. She was unexpectedly given six months to live and just died in November so now I need to find a new home for this cat. I would love to keep it, but I cannot. The cat is approximately a year old and is very sweet. My mother never even got to name the cat because she got sick so quickly with cancer. The cat stays indoors and is completely litter trained. I do not know the exact breed of this cat.
