Story
Chronos is 7 years young. I adopted him in California as a kitten from a shelter. He is one of the most snuggly and friendly cats I’ve ever seen. He is very timid but once he gets comfortable he will roll over in front of you to have belly rubs. He is vocal and fun to be around. Since adopting him we have moved around and had a child of my own. Our house at times can be chaotic as our baby is approaching 2 years old. We have noticed he has become aggressive with our other cat and dog. He does absolutely nothing to our child or ourselves when approaching him. He loves to play but will excel in an environment where he is the only animal around and a calm household. I love this cat dearly but our living situation has caused him to be extremely stressed and always hiding. I would love to have a home looking for a calm low maintenance cat as a companion and I know he’ll bring joy to a family or individual looking for a furry addition to the family.

Good with cats,
Story
A friend of mine passed away suddenly about 4 weeks ago and his adult male cat was orphaned, so I took him in while searching for his new forever home. I can't keep him because, although he definitely gets along with other cats, my cat does not, plus he seems to be afraid of my dog. I did not intend to do a long term foster, but the great many no-kill shelters and rescues I’ve contacted do not currently have room for him. His name is King and he is an extraordinarily sweet and timid boy. He is an 11 year old, Grey Tabby, short hair. My friend had him from kitten-hood and he's always been an indoor only cat. I want to get him settled as soon as possible because I must keep him isolated to help him be as comfortable as possible, so it's been hard to get him to socialize with me. He just does not seem happy so I am hoping to find a loving home for him soon. Thank you from us both!
