Story
There's a small colony of cats around my apartment complex. I first saw a wisp of Robert about two months ago, but he disappeared the moment he saw a human. The first time I saw his face his big Tom cheeks made me think I'd lured a bobcat to my porch! That's where he got the name. He's since opened up to be the sweetest boy. My husband and I would absolutely adopt him if we weren't already at our pet limit per our lease. We got Robert neutered and vetted. He is FIV+ but leukemia negative so he's safe around other cats so long as they don't fight. He's friendly with all the outdoor cats and has been trying to engage with ours through the door with chirps and purrs, so I think he would like a friend or two. The vets aged him to six years and he's obviously had a rough life, but you'd never be able to tell with how he melts in your hands. He could drown out a Harley with his purrs and keep up with an industrial biscuit maker. Robert is ready to be someone's baby and give all the love

Story
Pros: - will snuggle with you - will allow you to pick her up once trusted - very good with litterbox and different types of litter - very soft - very silly/goofy - not a lot of hairballs Cons: - can be clingy - can be annoying/loud meower - is dumb (combo with very curious and clumsy, always watch when moving big items) - is clumsy (DOES NOT ALWAYS LAND ON HER FEET) - has no claw awareness Special: Azula started out wanting to be friends and socialize with other cats. Unfortunately has been bullied for many years and turned skittish, jumpy and not the greatest at socialization. It is my belief that in a very patient and loving environment with no cats or chill/friendly/no bully cats she will eventually lose skittishness and become overall friendlier to cats and happier. Personality: Doesn’t like dogs or loud noises. Instinct is to hide around new people. Startles easily. Has zoomies about 1-3 times a day. Gets overstimulated very fast.

Story
Sandy was born under our house in a litter of six kittens. She is sweet, well behaved and loves attention but is not big on being picked up or held. We would prefer to rehome her as a bonded pair with her companion Ash. Ash was found as a kitten outside possibly abandoned or lost. He is a little shy but does love attention, hanging out on the couch with you and can be picked up and held once he warms up to you. We often find the two cuddling together for their naps. Sandy is approximately 2 years old and Ash is between 1 and 2 years old. Unfortunately our older cat has become very aggressive towards other cats in the house and we feel it best to rehome these two as it may be difficult to rehome an aggressive cat. Homing fee is needed just to make sure the adopter is reputable. We would prefer an experienced cat owner due to Ash's shyness.

Story
Due to unforeseen circumstances we find ourselves having to Rehome our sweet kitty, she has been with us since she was a kitten. Luna may take some time warming up to a new environment and people but once she does she loves to sit on your lap and just sleep. Especially if there are blankets involved, she loves to chase lasers and go after anything crinkly. She likes to find a “spot” and just stays there most of the time if cuddles aren’t an option. She’s fine with our 80 dog, and we used to have another cat that passed away a few years ago who she tolerated.. she’s not a huge fan of other cats but after an adjustment period has been fine with anything. We have an infant who had pulled her tail a few times and she will meow but hasn’t done anything past that so I believe she may do better in a home with no small children. She is 7 years old and is mostly black, she has a white spot on her chest and belly, she is on the smaller side maybe 7-10 lbs.

Story
Meow Meow is a super sweet cat just looking for a loving home! We think she might be around 10 years old, she was abandoned by one of our neighbors and we are unfortunately unable to take care her in. She's an indoor cat and is extremely low maintenance! I'd love to see her go to a home where she could get the attention she deserves (a nice sunny window to nap in would be a plus!). Please contact me if you're interested in giving a sweet kitty who just wants some human attention a loving home! I am asking for a $30 adoption feed just to make sure she goes to a good home who will treat her right, but that fee is going to be donated to the SPCA of Wake County! I'm also completely open to waiving the fee if I meet you and know you're a good person! Times are tough, and I overall I just want Meow Meow to go to a safe home!

Story
Scout is a sweet and affectionate cat who has been a part of our family for almost 8 years. She loves people and loves to snuggle and be close to you. Unfortunately, with the birth of our first child we quickly learned that young children are a huge source of stress for her. With a second child on the way, we feel it best to find her a new home where she can be more happy and less stressed like she was prior to children in the home. She spends her days hidden under the bed and occasionally loses patches of fur on her ears from the stress. She is not aggressive towards children, but does not like how loud they are. Our other cat doesn’t love children either, but doesn’t spend all of her time in hiding. This has been a difficult decision because she is so loved, but that is why we think a new home is what is best for her. She deserves to have a stress free home that can provide the ongoing attention and affection she desires.
