Story
Happy is a very friendly and loving cat. I adopted her from a shelter in El Paso, TX in 2020. She is now 11 years old. She loves to cuddle and be held. She is clean and does not have any behavioral issue. She has lived with a dog for the past 5 years, and she is also good with children. I have not seen her interact with other cats much, so I am not sure if she gets along with cats or not. Happy is a great companion, and I am so sad to have to re-home her. Unfortunately, I am moving out of the country and cannot bring her. I know there are loving homes and families out there that can give her a great home!

Story
Sweetie is very lovable cat. She was 1 of 4 feral kittens, we trapped with the help of the Central Coast Humane Society, had them all spayed and neutered, vaccinated and then worked on socializing them. 1 found a home, but 3 are still in need of a forever home. We already have 4 cats, so can not take in anymore.

Story
Matilda is 1 of 4 feral kittens we’ve been dealing with for several months. She’s been indoors for the last couple of months. She stays to herself a lot. She plays with her sibling's, and with us, with toys, but we can’t quite pet her yet. Given the time, I’m sure she will make a great companion. She’s about 8 months old, gets along well with our other cats. They are all sweet, but just can’t keep them.

Story
Willow, 1 year old male, may be shy at first, but with patience and gentle routines, he blossoms into an affectionate, energetic, and silly companion. Once he trusts you, he’ll happily show off his playful side, zoom around with his toys, soak up attention, and eagerly enjoy all his favorite treats (wet food, dry food, tuna—you name it, he’ll gobble it up!). Willow loves window watching, playtime, and his beloved puree treats. He’s sensitive to loud noises, sudden movements, and chaotic environments, so a calm home with cozy safe spaces where he can retreat and reset is essential. He can become overstimulated if frightened, but he has never bitten or scratched—he simply needs understanding people who will let him decompress. He is healthy, vaccinated, and litter box trained. He gets along well with other cats, including seniors, and even tries to play with them—though they don’t always match his youthful energy. Willow’s journey began outdoors, where he survived an injury and was initially TNR’d under the assumption that he was feral. Thanks to a kind neighbor who helped him, it became clear that Willow wasn’t feral at all—just a scared but incredibly friendly boy. We stepped in to foster him, and he has shown us every day what a sweet, loving cat he truly is. Willow is indoor only and his rehoming fee is $100.  He lives in Beaverton with his  This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Tess is a sweet 10-year-old girl looking for a peaceful home to spend her golden years. Her mom is moving soon and sadly can’t take her along, so she’s hoping to find someone—perhaps a homebody or retiree—who would love a calm, devoted companion. Tess prefers to be the only pet in the home. While she may be a little timid at first, once she settles in, she’s wonderfully affectionate and playful. She loves to chase toy mice, enjoys a sprinkle of catnip, and might even surprise you by playing a game of fetch! She’s been an indoor cat her whole life, though she enjoys a bit of supervised outdoor time now and then. A cozy window perch would make her day—perfect for bird- and squirrel-watching. Tess will be up to date on her vaccines, is microchipped, and always uses her litter box when it’s kept clean and all hers. She comes with everything she needs to feel right at home: a litter box, food, treats, slow feeder, food puzzles, favorite toys, scratching post, nail clippers, carrier, window perch, and a few cozy blankets. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle cat who will greet you at the door and keep you company, Tess might be the perfect match for you.  Her rehoming fee is $50 and she lives in Vancouver with her owner.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
