Story
My name is coconut! I love kids, dogs, and other cats! I also love to eat, playing with toys, sleeping in the sunshine, and cuddling in bed. I am very vocal! But very relaxed. I don’t like to be left alone very much, but I’m still pretty little. I can’t wait to find a forever home!

Story
Meet RAVi. This poor guy climbed into my RAV4, cold and soaking wet, after what was probably the first rain storm he had ever experienced. He was underweight, parasite ridden and scared. Since then, he has gained weight and shown himself to be a vivacious toy catcher and snuggly cuddle bug. If you are looking for a cat who loves to play and will curl up in your lap, on your shoulder or chest while you enjoy a movie, Ravi is your kitty. He eats what is offered to him (kibble, canned, treats, chicken, etc.). So he is not picky about food. He does not like other cats. So, a single pet home is the best home for him. RAVi has been to the vet 3 times He is estimated to be 12 months old. He has received all his first year kitten shots. He is FIV and FELV negative. He has been treated for intestinal parasites and tested parasite free. He was neutered on October 14th. He is not microchipped. Vet records available.

Story
Hurry!!! Now’s your chance to live with a TCR celebrity! Cheeks has been a huge hit not only in the rescue but on social media. Once you meet this big, mellow dude, you will completely understand. On one of the coldest nights this past winter, Cheeks was caught trying to survive by eating the cat food scraps in his foster mom’s garbage. If that doesn’t scream “I’m a Trash Cat!” then what does? Cheeks is an older gentleman who has seen some really hard times. If it wasn’t evident by his crinkle ear and scars on his body, you can tell from looking into his sweet, soulfully sad eyes. Thanks to TCR, Cheeks is no longer fighting to survive and appreciates the comforts in life. Cheeks loves laying in a warm, comfy bed or on a cardboard lounger scratcher. He seems to enjoy being down low and crawling into cave-like or fuzzy, warm donut style cat beds. However, he has been spotted in the cubbies of the cat tree a couple of times. Cheeks enjoys being petted and chin, neck, and butt scratches. He is easy to handle but doesn’t care to be held. Cheeks LOVES wet food! He has even started meowing for it then will look shockingly at his foster mom as if to say “Did I do that?” This guy is extremely low key and looking for a quiet, calm home where he can lounge, eat, and be treated like the royalty he is. We feel Cheeks would do best in an adult only home, but older, calm, quiet children may be okay. Cheeks gets along with other cats who respect his space but would also be fine with being your one and only. Cheeks is estimated to be at almost/at least seven years old. He has been neutered, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, vaccinated, and has tested FIV+ / FeLV-. He had a dental with TCR and was also treated for FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). Although a reinfection with FIP would be considered rare, we would still recommend that any interested adopters educate themselves on this disease and what signs/symptoms to look out for. If you are looking for a chill guy to hang out with while you watch TV or WFH, apply to adopt Cheeks today!

Story
Sherlock is a sweet and snuggly little detective who’s always on the case for love and playtime - this adorable kitten is already full of charm and curiosity. The moment you scoop him up, he melts into your lap and starts to purr like a tiny engine. He’s the perfect mix of playful and affectionate, always ready to chase a toy and then curl up for a nap in your arms. Sherlock would do well in a home with respectful kids and a calm dog. Because he’s such a social kitten, he must be adopted into a home that already has a friendly, outgoing cat or with another playful Trash Cat friend (maybe his foster pal Vega?). He thrives on feline companionship and loves having a buddy to wrestle and cuddle with. Sherlock tested positive for FIV, but at his young age this could be due to maternal antibodies. We recommend a retest around six months old to confirm his status. Even if Sherlock does remain FIV positive, it’s important to know that FIV is hard to spread to other cats and usually does not affect a cat’s lifespan or quality of life. If you have questions about what FIV means, we’re happy to share more information. Sherlock is about four months old. He has been neutered, vaccinated, flea treated, microchipped, dewormed, and has tested negative for FeLV. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten who will fill your days with purrs, cuddles, and endless entertainment, Sherlock is ready to join your family and steal your heart. ❤️
