Story
Gus is a very lovable cat. He loves to be pet and loves attention, the more the better. He loves to sleep on or in just about everything. He especially loves to sleep on his human. Unfortunately his human has developed allergies to him and can no longer keep him. Gus is afraid of dogs. He has never lived with children but does ok when the grandchildren come to visit. He usually hides when the vacuum is running. Gus loves catnip toys and glitter balls. Gus is a pretty mellow guy as long as he gets his two meals a day, LOTS of love and pets, a nice warm bed- preferably with a human-and a quiet, orderly household. He has access to a cat tower with scratching posts. He has never scratched the furniture. Gus is quite the sweetheart who may be a little shy at first but warms up to people quickly.

Story
I adopted Madden from the Woodbury Humane Society in 2015. She is turning 9 this month. She is a beautiful and amazing cat who loves to nap (as you can tell!) and spend time outside if possible. We now have two children and Madden is not getting the attention she deserves. She is very vocal about it and has seemed depressed lately. We love her so much and want to give her a more fulfilling life so we are hoping that a family who is sure they have enough time to devote to her would be willing to love her for us. Bonus if you're willing to send us pictures and videos of her every now and then. <3

Story
On my move back to Minnesota from California a homeless couple approached us and asked us if would would take their cat because the couldn't afford to keep her and otherwise would have abandoned her. I took her in spayed her and got her all her shots. I tried to integrate her in with the rest of our cats and was okay for a while but recently she began attacking one of our elderly cats any time they saw each other. She is a very sweet cat and loves people. She will come running to greet you at the door when you come home and will make a wonderful pet to a home with no other animals.

Story
Rocky is a very friendly, very playful 10 month old. He loves to cuddle and puts like crazy. He loves to wrestle and does sometimes chase us around to do so, which is both funny and entertaining. He would love a home with older kids who are ok with his wrestling.

Story
Max is a 12 year old orange tabby with a heart of gold, seeking a new loving home. Max is very friendly and loves to cuddle. He does well with kids and other cats but feels a little anxious around dogs. This is ultimately why max needs to be rehomed. He is very patient with children and never bites or scratches. He would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a low maintenance, affectionate and cuddly cat. Max has some really unique qualities, he will come happily when you call him and kneads his paws like a kitten when happy and cuddling. Max likes his litter box kept very clean, he enjoys going outside and is highly motivated by food and treats. Max has had urinary tract issues in the past (swelling of the urethra) and so he is on a prescription cat food to manage this. He hasn’t had an issue since he was a kitten. Our family is so so to make this decision for our boy but we are hoping he can find a less stressful environment to spend his last years.

Story
Nelly Belly is a 2 and 1/2 year old cat. She is very petite, gentle and quiet. She barely meows but every once in a blue moon she will let out a squeak. She is very cuddly and loving, I have never met a cat with a more gentle and calm manner than Nelly's. She is playful and loves to be played with. But she is also extremely anxious and she gets startled and scared very easily. She doesn't have any special needs — she has a history of seizures but the vet could not find a cause for it; it could be related to her anxiety levels or it could be genetic. It doesn't happen frequently. The reason I am re-homing Nelly is due to the fact that my family and I are moving into a new apartment and we already have another cat. Primarily, however, is due to the fact that Nelly isn't able to get along with our other cat, Hana. Hana is very territorial, despite Nelly being here for 2 years. Nelly spends alot of time avoiding Hana and she's always anxious. She deserves to live freely and comfortably.
