Lady is a super affectionate sweetheart who is still very young at heart at just 2.5 years old. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines as well as being on monthly flea/tick and heart worm medication. She loves to walk or run with you and is working on being a good girl on a leash. She does pull less with a harness and settles a few minutes into the walk. She is very high energy so would do best with a fenced in yard and play time or daily walks. She does get very excited at play times so would do best with older children and being an only dog. (She is currently fostered with another dog and they do well with monitoring, but without supervision she plays too rough.) She loves her people big time, so being away from them for too long is hard. She does well being kenneled when away from her people. She loves chew toys, but does best with "tough chewer" type toys. She LOVES tug of war and fetch the most. She also loves to snuggle up to you on the couch in the evenings as well. She is the definition of a Velcro dog that will follow you everywhere around the house and yard. If you're looking for a best friend who will always be at your side, ready to play or snuggle then Lady is the one for you.

Hi there, I'm Spy! I am a happy go lucky guy. I was the longest resident at my previous shelter and no one is sure why. I am a goofy boy that loves to play with toys, especially interactive ones like kongs, snuffle mats and puzzle feeders! I first came to my previous shelter as an unsocialized ten month old puppy, but the staff have worked hard with me to get me where I am today! I am dog selective and would do best with older teens/adults. Cats and I don't get along since I am overly curious and want to chase! Other than that, I am one darn good feller.

I'm Booker and I'm 4 years old! I am a sweet boy that LOVES to play with toys! I am very treat motivated and I already know how to sit, lay down, and go to my kennel. I am a loyal, goofy, and playful guy that can also settle down for bedtime cuddles! My past wasn't the brightest: I came from an abusive home, was heartworm positive and then on the euthanasia list at another shelter. My temporary family saved me and I completed all my heartworm treatments, so I am a healthy boy now! My temporary family had to surrender me to another shelter because I wasn't very good with their kids under five years old. Because of my past, I can be nervous around strangers, but if you have food in hand, I call you my best friend! She is 6 years old and weighs in at about 60 pounds. She is great with people, house trained, crate trained, and trustworthy to be left out with no issues. She adores human companionship and is good with children. She is gentle, knows some basic commands, and just wants a lot of love!   Maizie has not had any experience with cats. She has lived with other dogs in the past and in her previous foster. She does best with non-reactive, tolerant, co-existing dogs. Unfortunately, Maizie seems to be a dog that often gets picked on by other dogs; this is the reason for a recent move into a new foster home. Currently, she is having to spend a lot of time alone and its not ideal! She is going to work with her new foster mom and does great in the office. She does bark for a moment at new people and then settles. Maizie is a terrific girl and in need of a new home or a foster asap!
