Attention all families seeking THE PERFECT FAMILY PET!! Cleveland is simply amazing. I know a lot of rescues say their pets are amazing . But he truly is and it's the simplest way to describe him. He's playful, would love to have a canine buddy or a human sibling to pair up with. He's confident but not alpha in any way. He plays with puppies that are a fraction of his size. He's kennel trained. House trained . Rarely ever barks. And let's talk about walking on a leash😳just watch his video. He eats his breakfast and his dinner with another male buddy about his size and both of them share so nicely. He takes treats with the gentlest of nature . Cleveland is in a foster home in Memphis, Tn with a 3,7 and 11 year old human friends , 3 male dogs and 1 female and he is simply perfect ! Once an application has been submitted and approved I will gladly discuss, facetime, send photos and videos , etc of Cleveland and answer any and all questions about him. We use a transport company called rescue vet transport to get our pets from Memphis, Tennessee to the north east. They travel each weekend, leaving Memphis Friday morning around 6 AM and making stops along the route all the way as far north as West Greenwich Rhode Island. Once they leave Memphis they start a group chat with all adopters and the two drivers. Transport is an additional $185. Meet Ronnie! A happy fella ready to fill your days with endless joy and love. Ronnie is a big, snuggly, lapdog with a huge smile. All this 2-year-old wants is to soak up as much love as he can, play, and eat treats. Ronnie loves strawberries and watermelon, but not green beans – just a FYI. Sliced apples are his favorite. This handsome fella loves to be the center of attention and sunbathing. Ronnie did not have a good start to life – pretty bad actually.  Yet, his huge heart will not let him hold any grudges. He loves everyone anyway. Ronnie does need some space to get to know new dogs, especially larger dogs like him. He had doggie friends in his past life and some he loved, unfortunately, some were not nice to him. Ronnie has got along well with several female and male dogs including a few rambunctious puppies. Though Ronnie is not dominant we do not recommend he goes to a home with a dominant dog in the home. Coordination is one thing that Ronnie should not put on his resume. Playing fetch – he gets the job done, sometimes, but the goofiness and enthusiasm make for top-notch entertainment. Ronnie is certainly deserving a furever home to show him endless love. We enjoyed the day together by running errands around town which Ronnie did great for the car ride, jumping easily in and out at our stops. He walked nicely on the leash with minimal pulling. Ronnie did meet my female pittie and they did well wandering the backyard together. At night Ronnie easily went into the crate and slept soundlessly through the night. It was a little chilly during his stay so Ronnie let me dress him in doggie pajamas! It was so precious and he didn't mind at all. Axel is a almost two year old, who is a loving dog that loves to snuggle, listens to commands very well. Great with kids and other animals. Has a high food dependency which is hard for us to keep him from scrounging around the house from our kids leaving a mess. We got him intending not to be working so much but ended with having very busy schedule work wise and kids which keeps him in his crate for long hours, which isn’t fair. Can’t keep him out because he raids anything food wise. Needs a home with someone who is home a lot, and cleanly. He’s a high energy dog that wants to be loved and played with and also has plenty of space to get his zoomies out. We want him to have a happy life that we can’t give him, unfortunately.
