She is sneaky and likes to steal from countertops when nobody is home, and she is sensitive to loud noises. She will find a place to hide inside the house, like a bathroom or under a bed.She has a zero bite record and is not aggressive in any way, but she is a protector, and will put herself in front of you if she senses danger. Bessie is sensitive and possibly abused as a puppy, or if its just the sensitive nature of the German Shepherd in her. Either way, its important that she is handled gently and w love.She loves playing with other dogs, she is like a mother to puppies and will become their best friend, and she is very good with children and doesnt pay any attention to cats.Bessie is used to an invisible fence she sleeps all night and is fully housetrained.

My friends here at the shelter like to call me all kinds of goofy nicknames, like Mushy, Mushster, Mushmallow, and Mushiboy. I don't mind any of them, because that means I'm getting attention! Attention is one of my favorite things, after all. I do have lots of favorite things, though. Treats are my favorite, people are my favorite, toys are my favorite, running is my favorite, playing is my favorite... I could go on and on!
