Story
Ash was found as a kitten about six weeks old in the spring of 2024 in Ohio. My son and I adopted her in June 2024, and I've since relocated to Utah for work. I'll be moving to a place that doesn't allow pets in a few months. Ash is very intelligent (she's almost figured out how to open lever handled doors) and very vocal. She constantly follows me around to watch whatever I'm doing. She's skittish and doesn't like to be picked up, but she seeks out attention (she lets you know when she wants pets), loves to be pet and brushed, and is happiest sitting on a lap. She loves to play but doesn't scratch or bite, even when she gets really excited. I think she'd do best in a calm house, probably without a dog. This winter, Ash developed asthma due to the poor air quality. She had no issues previously. She's currently on oral steroids (mixed with a treat) and training to use a kitty inhaler. She's not quite there yet, but she's very smart and makes daily progress.

Story
Mr. Whiskers also goes by Whiskey. He is 11 years old. He is a lovable big boy who enjoys to sit on your lap while you game. He really loves adult attention and does not have much experience around kids. Whiskey was originally from my hospice client, I adopted him from her in 2023. He is a wonderful boy but does not get along with the 2 other cats I have in the home. He was used to much attention & not sharing a home. His transition into our home has been stressful on him due to the other pets. He would thrive in a home where he is the only pet. He enjoys a yard & knows how to go in and outside. He is up to date on all vaccines & I have a full medical record on him. If you want a senior who is playful, is obsessed with treats & just wants to be snuggled please write me about Mr. Whiskers!

Story
Iris is a sweet kitty who was adopted from us as a kitten last year and recently returned for being stressed out by the dogs in her home. She would do best in a quiet calm home. Iris doesn't like loud noises, sudden moves or being picked up. She is more of a calm loving companion.Available through Humane Society of Northern Utahemail: 1adoptions@gmail.comTelephone: (801)-648-2719
