Neglected by his owner and taken away by animal control! Came back to our care skin and bones! This sweet boy, despite all the neglect, is still the most loving boy ever! He does amazing with all people and dogs. We can cat test on request. None of us have kids but were sure he will be just fine. He is in California and theres transport to Vancouver available.
