Shrek is a great name for me! I am kind of a sweet OGRE looking boy with a loving heart and kind of beat up body. It is HARD to live on the streets! I had an old injury so limping was my norm. It was discovered that my back leg had been broken and healed very wonky. Now my bad leg is gone and I am pain free! NOW, I am a healthy TRIPOD boy looking for just the right family...one who will care for me for all my days! I deserve it and you deserve this cute OGRE in your life too! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Dakota is a handsome name, kind of a "rugged" kind of name, right?? I am kind of a REFINED RUGGED kind of boy! NOT!! I am a snuggle bug looking for tummy scratches....I willl MELT for one!! Here is what one of our amazing fosters have to say about Dakota...."Super freaking sweet, loves loves belly rubs, is very strong when you walk him but listens well. VERY treat motivated and knows sit down paw and i just taught him roll over yesterday but its a work in progress 😝. Super playful, he will pounce around you and then roll over for belly rubs and absolutely melts for the belly rubs and kisses" I love playing and running with my doggy friends, however, I can lay at your feet very sweetly to beg for your attention. I am kind of like a "reverse" planter as well. I mean, you plant it and i will un-plant it for you :D I won't do it often, just when I want your attention and I am outside alone. So see?? you have great control over that urge! So I am a food and toy lover too, I eat out of a slow feeder bowl because wolfing down my food is not an option! I am learning all things toys and am actually learning how to bring the ball BACK after you throw it. I am a smart and very sweet boy. I do absolutely have a prey drive so no kitties for small furry mammals around me please. I am fully potty trained and great in a crate. Now i just need you to adopt me to complete my circle of life. Now, before you go all "Lion King" on me, just know that I will be your bestest buddy forever!! I am two VERY loyal breeds and once I know you are my family, you will have my unending love :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Meet Mojo (Mo)A handsome 6 year old Anatolian Shepherd Mix who loves life. We adopted Mo from Hope Animal Rescue when he was about 12 weeks. A litter-mate was DNA tested so that was when we learned about his breed. Mojo is super quirky, loves going for walks and just being in the same room as his people. One of his best features is that he actually smiles when you come home. He will snuggle on the couch as long as you allow it. The perfect home for Mojo would likely be as an only male dog or with another dog that will allow him to be alpha, because his only issue is he resource guards from his fur-brother. While he has done great with our toddler, we still think he might do better with older children in the home or with an experienced person that is willing to train more against the resource guarding.We just want the best home for Mo, so we plan to donate his adoption fee to a local rescue once he is placed in his forever home.

Martha is a lovely Great Pyrenees mix who arrived with her three siblings, all a bit unsure of the world around them. Martha started out timid and cautious, but with time, patience, and care, she has begun to blossom in her own sweet way.One of Martha’s favorite discoveries has been the joy of the outdoors. Having space to run and explore has done wonders for her confidence, and you can truly see her personality shine when she’s outside. That sense of freedom has helped her come out of her shell and she is starting to greet strangers.While Martha can still be a little shy, she’s making steady progress every day. She’s learning to trust, enjoy attention, and embrace all the new experiences that come with being a beloved companion. She has developed good house training habits and continues to grow into a well-mannered young dog.Martha is a gentle, growing girl who would thrive in a patient and loving home that will continue to build her confidence and celebrate each of her milestones. Because loud noises and unexpected situations can still startle her, we are requiring a secure 6-foot fence for her safety. Martha is a tall girl, and if frightened, we`re not willing to take the chance that she could jump or climb her way out of a shorter enclosure.We would also strongly prefer that Martha have another confident dog in the home. She takes comfort from her canine companions and will benefit greatly from having a furry friend to help show her that the world isn`t such a scary place.With patience, understanding, and a little help from a dog buddy, Martha has all the potential to become an amazing lifelong companion.

I am a great boy and would LOVE a busy family to do fun stuff with then to just hang out relaxing with. I came to the rescue so long ago that all my family has been adopted and I'm still waiting ................... My rescue friends and can't figure out why. I'm a smart, friendly, happy and busy boy. I'd love someone to take life one adventure at a time with. If you know the Belgian Malinois breed you know that exercising my body is good, but it just makes me stronger and have more stamina ;) So you have to ALSO exercise my brain and I'm open to all the fun ways to do that!
