Rascal is a sweet little boy. His owner is elderly and no longer can take care of him. Seven years young. He needs some potty re-training. He does not like large male dogs. He can have seizures, however there are meds to help. He just had yearly check up and had all shots. Vet records upon request Meet the sweet boy!
