Story
Katie: 1.5-year-old female F1 Aussiedoodle. Adopted from original owners 5/2025. Housetrained, spayed, up to date on all vet visits, shots. Non-shedding fur requires regular grooming. Friendly, active, rambunctious, but once she tires out, will peacefully lie by your side on the couch. Will walk on a leash but pulls and can be reactive to cars, cyclists. Good with other dogs except for small dogs that show aggression. Because she's half Australian Shepherd, she has a strong herding instinct that causes her to nip. She will do best in a home without small children. As a pup she was in a home with cats and got on well, but introducing her in a cat home would take some adjustment. She would benefit from training to decrease barking that could be a problem in an apartment, so a house would be preferable. We're rehoming Katie because of my husband's worsening health issues that prevent us from giving Katie the physical, mental exercise she needs.
