Meet Piper! Piper is a 5-year-old Australian Kelpie mix searching for a loving home to call her own. She’s an absolute sweetheart with people — affectionate, attentive, and happiest when she’s soaking up pets, snuggles, and belly rubs. Piper has a wonderful temperament and great manners, and she’s well past the high-energy puppy stage. She rides beautifully in the car and is always up for an adventure. On leash, she can get a bit strong when something catches her eye, but overall she’s very manageable. Piper prefers to be the only dog in the home, as she hasn’t done well with the dogs we’ve introduced her to. The good news? She has more than enough love to fill a whole household all on her own. If you think Piper might be the perfect match for you, we’d love for you to meet her!

Meet Macie! Macie is a 3.5-month-old Cattledog mix who came to us at just 8 weeks old with her mom and two sisters. Shortly after arriving, Macie was diagnosed with a severe spiral fracture in her back leg. Initially, our veterinarian believed amputation would likely be necessary. As a precaution, it was recommended that we wait a couple of weeks to see if there was any chance the leg might heal on its own.To everyone’s surprise, Macie’s leg began healing properly and after nearly six weeks, her fracture had miraculously healed completely—and Macie gets to keep her leg!In her foster home, Macie has done well with both dogs and cats. She is a quick learner who has already started picking up basic commands. Like many puppies her age, she does have some normal puppy mouthiness and would greatly benefit from continued training. For this reason, we recommend a home without young children.Macie is a resilient, smart, and loving puppy who is ready to start the next chapter of her life in a forever home. Meet Naylene, just like her name, she is one of a kind! This 9-year-old Australian Shepherd mix may be a senior, but do not let that fool you, this girl can run! Sweet, playful, and full of energy, Naylene still has plenty of pep in her step and a big love for stuffed toys (she carries them around like treasures!). She is new to the shelter, so we’re still getting to know her, but one thing is for sure , she has already stolen our hearts.
