We are the wildlings! Wolf, Coyote, Fox and Dingo. We are clearly smart as a whip, but we weren't socialized quite as much as we should've been. Rest assured, there is still time. If you have the patience, you'll see that we really want to trust and love. We are guessed to be mix of Kelpie and Lab. Those ears! We are not aggressive, just scared but willing to take a treat - so we know the good things in life already. With time and patience, we are already learning that the world isn't so scary - and that humans can be kind, predictable and full of treats. Are you the human to show me the ropes? If you're interested in adopting me, fill out an adoption application online at www.polkcountyhumanesociety.org/adopt where you will also find a link to reserve me for an appointment. Some pets are in foster homes or may already have an appointment scheduled, so the appointment is important to make sure I will be available to meet you when you come. Daughter of Oakley Skye that is also on my profile. Dolly was the "baby" of our dogs and is very very loved. I am so sad to have to rehome her but I have no choice. I hope she can find the best family. Great dog. Never been aggressive and is good with people and kids. She listens very well when she knows who is in charge of her. She does great in the crate and prefers it as her safe space to lay in as she pleases. She protect the house if needed! Great dog! Her mom's breeds are heeler, husky, German and Australian shepherds. I believe dollys dad may have had some pitt in him. Either way, she has a mixture of good breeds that made the most perfect and cutest girl🥹🖤

Oakley Skye! She is one of a kind. She is LOYAL to those who take care of her and love her. Shes a great family dog. Loves to play and loves to snuggle and have affection. Would make a great addition to your family! She will be 7 years old on May 3rd. Shes had 1 litter back in 2021 and was an amazing mother to those babies. She was fixed after that and has been the best dog through the years.
