Story
Darcy is a super sweet, wiggly, happy girlie who greets the world with a full-body tail wag! She absolutely loves making friends — both human and canine — and would likely enjoy having a playful pup sibling in her new home. In fact, she’s become besties with fellow shelter pup Stiles and loves a good romp session. Darcy is a young gal who is still learning the ropes, but she’s already on the right track. She walks nicely on leash, knows the cue “sit,” and shows lovely kennel manners — which makes us think she may be crate trained. She may also be potty trained, though like any dog transitioning into a new environment, she’ll need patience and time to adjust to her new routine. She thrives when she has a positive outlet for her energy, whether that’s playtime, walks, or continued training. With a little structure and consistency, Darcy is going to blossom into an incredible companion. If you’re looking for a joyful, affectionate, and playful best friend, Darcy just might be your girl

Story
Jaeger is a smart, sweet, and lively boy who’s ready to find a home full of love, playtime, and adventure. He is fully housebroken and will politely let you know when he needs to go outside—no accidents here! Jaeger is typically left free in the home when alone, though he can be a bit vocal and may help himself to unattended shoes or clothing if bored (a good supply of toys goes a long way!). Overall, he is always on his best behavior and tries his hardest! Jaeger absolutely loves affection and handling. Baths? No problem. Pets and cuddles anywhere? Yes, please! He’s comfortable on furniture and enjoys snoozing during car rides, even if he’s a little hesitant about getting into the car at first. This handsome guy is very intelligent and already knows sit, down, off, treat, drop, no, and heel. His favorite toys are bones and squeaky toys, and he has plenty of energy to enjoy them! Jaeger is active, playful, affectionate, vocal, and incredibly friendly. He does great with men, women, children, and other dogs—he truly loves having canine friends to play with. Because of his strong prey drive, Jaeger will chase cats, other small animals and livestock, so a critter-free home is best. He would thrive in a home with a secure, fenced yard and ideally another playful dog to be his buddy. If you’re looking for a loving, energetic, dog-friendly companion who’s as smart as he is sweet, Jaeger might just be your perfect match!
