Aine is a bright, affectionate Australian Shepherd who’s ready for a home where she can stretch her legs and be part of the action. She’s six years old, healthy, playful, and happiest when someone’s throwing a ball or letting her tag along for outdoor time. She was well trained as a pup and still remembers her basics. She’s an energetic girl with a big heart, and she thrives with structure and attention. She’s not a great match for toddlers, but she does wonderfully with older kids who enjoy playing with her. She gets along with most dogs with proper introductions, though she can be a bit protective of her toys and food. Aine would be perfect for an active family, a couple, or anyone who wants a loyal companion who loves to play, go on walks, and be included in daily life. She’s ready for a home that has the time and energy she deserves.

Meet Poppi! Poppi was found as a stray and we rescued her from being euthanized. She is estimated to be about 2 years old. We don't know if she has been spayed. She is current on her shots including Rabies and has had flea, tick, and heartworm prevention meds. Poppi is a mix of Australian Shepherd and Blue Heeler. She has good herding instincts. She is very intelligent and has learned the sit command pretty quickly. She loves people and is great with kids. She does jump initially when she is excited to see someone so we are working on that. She calms down very quickly though and just loves to be around people! She is house trained and crate trained. She would love a place with land or a yard to run in! She is good with other dogs. She tries to herd our cats sometimes so you may not want an indoor cat with her or would need to train her to ignore the cat. She doesn't hurt them, just annoys them! Poppi is an excellent dog and will be an amazing pet!

Hi, my name is Minka! I’m a calm, easygoing Australian Shepherd mix with a sweet and gentle personality. I've been living with a foster family gaining valuable experience in a home setting and working hard on skills that will make me the perfect companion in my forever home. I’m practicing leash walking and good manners, and I’m picking things up quickly because I’m such a fast learner! Treats and affection are my favorite rewards. I’m already crate trained, house trained (I even use the doggy door on my own!), and know how to sit on command. I love chew toys and I'm not picky...it's best if you provide one or two nice chews but if not, I will find a nice shoe to chew on... :-) I enjoy playing with my doggy friend and going for walks, but I’m also perfectly content lounging around and relaxing by your side. I have a great balance of playfulness and calm. My foster family has a couple of older kids that I loved spending time with and I've been to outings at the Library where all the little kids read stories to me and give me lots of hugs and kisses...that's awesome! If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and well-mannered companion, please consider giving me a forever home. I can’t wait to meet you! ❤️
