Story
Atlas Sage was born on March 25 in downstate Michigan on an Amish farm. We adopted him from Lake Haven Rescue when he was 12 weeks old. He is a loving, snuggly puppy with a lot of energy. He is extremely intelligent and knows several commands. He loves pleasing his people. He has grown up in a home with children between the ages of 3 and 16. We also have an older cat and chickens. His favorite thing to do is run through the woods with his people. He needs a lot of exercise and would be a great candidate for agility training. We can no longer keep him because we do not have enough time to run him every day as I am pregnant. We just can’t give him the attention that he deserves anymore. He would be great on farm or somewhere with lots of land and a fenced in space. He has a habit of wanting to chase cars, so keeping him on leash or in a fenced area is very important if there are cars around. He also loves to go to the dog park.

"DUDE" is an 8month old barrel of fun. He is 1/2 Pitty and 1/2 Aussie/Boxer. Just like his sister her is a sweet soul that could use a little training on leash skills,asic commands and a refresher on house training. Here at the shelter he seems to be house trained, but was said to still have the occasional accident in the home. Adopted and returned after the owner realized that Dude needs an active home, that has more time to spend with him, and a family because he has so much love to give!!

Story
Bella is a sweet 7 year old spayed mini Aussie/Sheltie mix. She is very shy and would be better off in a home with a fenced in yard and other small dogs. She gets along well with our cats. She does well on leash. We adopted her 5 months ago from a shelter. Her owner had died and her companion dog was adopted. We found out later Bella had been a puppy mill breeder. Despite giving her a quiet loving home she has not adjusted. It is heartbreaking to give her up but we are hoping to find her the home she needs. References from your veterinarian are required.
