Story
This handsome guy is a reserved but very friendly and outgoing border collie/aussie guy of about 4 years of age, give or take a bit! He comes to us recently on a dog is My copilot flight from the state of Texas and he is so glad to be here now looking for his new home. This guy is about 39 pounds and is full grown at that weight. He had the misfortune of having an accident in Texas and lost one of his front legs! He is doing good as a 3 legged boy and has learned to go out an elevated doggy door to go potty! He is neutered and microchipped and vaccinated and will need nothing further medically. He lives with another dog and loves the companionship. He should be good with all other dogs as well. He is pretty medium to low energy and loves attention. His adoption fee is $300 which helps pay for his medical work done and trip up here. If interested in him, please fill in an application from our website and we will get back to you by text. Please be his new and permanent home!

In his previous home, his enthusiasm and activity level proved to be more than his older guardians could comfortably manage. He loves going for walks and is kennel trained. Story
Rajah was adopted in the Spring 2022 from a shelter in Polson, MT. She is ~5 years old and has been living a rural life with our other two dogs. Her ideal family looks like someone with patience, love, and a fenced-in yard. This girl loves to run & play and be #1 in your life; however, she loves to run off if she gets bored or sees something fun to chase, to the point that she has no problem spending the night outside, roaming the wilderness. She does love having siblings; however, we think she would flourish as a main best friend. She LOVES human affection and curling up next to you for pets and belly rubs. Over the years, we have tried to make our home a good fit for her; unfortunately, she has made it clear that it doesn't fit her preferences. PROS: -Sweetheart -Hilarious -Loves adventures -Very smart -Loves fetch & frisbees -Gets along with other dogs & has lived with a cat -Potty & leash trained CONS: -Free spirit; therefore, needs fenced-in yard -Vocal when anxious/excited

Story
Meet Vinney! This handsome guy was rescued from a very bad situation and is now safe at TRACS. Vinney is an Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix with a beautiful tri-color coat. He is about six months old and weighs approximately 45 pounds. He is warming up to people and learning that not all people are mean. Vinney is a sweet boy, and we are confident he will be a loyal companion once he gets to experience a home environment for the first time. He will need to be neutered before he can go home, and we hope to get him in on February 18 so he can go home the following day. He is current on his vaccines and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250. If you can provide them with the loving forever home they deserve, please submit an application on our website at www.pet-tracs.com.

Story
I had to take Jax off my moms hands recently but can no longer keep him in the house I’m living in. He is a 6 year old, tailless, purebred Australian shepherd and came from a very reputable breeder. Jax has many great qualities - He has never been aggressive towards anyone or any dog. He’s good with kids, cats, and small dogs. He doesn’t chase after deer. He’s never peed or pooped in the house and can hold his pee for a long time. He also doesn’t shed a ton. Jax isn’t the easiest dog to own though. He needs to be ran everyday and gets anxious and hyper if he doesn’t exercise. When he’s excited he will often try to jump up on people. He will bark if you leave him in a car even for a short amount of time. He will pull on leash if he sees another dog. Overall he’s a very kind hearted, handsome dog. It would be ideal that Jax goes to a home with a big yard or an owner willing to take him out and run him everyday. He just had a wellness check and got his rabies shot.
