Welcome Porsche to CCPAL Rescue. Porsche is an Aussie mix is our best guess. She looks like he is mixed with something small. She is about 8 pounds now and should be medium sized full grown. We think 25-30 full grown. She is very sweet, has good eye contact and has a soft coat and down ears. Her coat is really soft. She is active and the group is vocal but not over the top. A person that does not work all day every day for 5 days a week is the best for a puppy. Someone that can work from home some or has partial days or some days off to spend to help your new puppy acclimate is best. You need time to be with your puppy to socialize them and to finish off their puppy training. Porsche was very easy to handle taking his photos and she wasn’t afraid of new people and liked being held. She sat on the table with confidence while we worked with her. She is getting daily attention and holding at the Rescue. She is getting his DHPP vaccinations and dewormed. She is good in her play group. She is kenneled in the evening and is learning to go potty on a wee pad. She is currently at the CCPAL Rescue in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. *Due to state laws regarding out of state adoptions, we cannot adopt to families in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.* Apollo is a 1 year old Aussie mix who is ready to play! He loves going on walks and can't wait to meet his new best friend! Listed breed is an educated guess made by our veterinarian and is NOT a guarantee - this also means we have no way of knowing what a puppy's adult size will be. This dog is currently being fostered in Mississippi and will be transported via Barton's Barkers transport services upon adoption. Their adoption fee is $500 and includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, a nose to tail vet check, microchip and transport costs. Second Chances lists dogs as being available in White River Junction, VT because we transport our dogs to the area every 3rd week after they have been adopted. All of our local shelters have a high euthanasia rate due to overpopulation so we created our rescue group to primarily adopt to the northern states to help keep as many dogs as we can from entering our kill shelters.   ##2016310##
