Meet Teddy — a sweet, shy soul looking for a patient forever family. 🐾 Teddy is a gentle boy who needs time, patience, and understanding to feel comfortable. He came from a difficult situation along with his brother Reggie, and while Reggie is even shyer, Teddy has been slowly opening up in his foster home over the past two months. With the right encouragement, he now enjoys being petted, cuddled, and spending quiet time with his foster mom — though he’s not a fan of being picked up and will usually run away if you try. One thing Teddy truly loves is food — especially treats! He bonds over them, and his motivation for food is so strong that as a kitten, he even chewed his antibiotics thinking they were snacks. Teddy would do best in a quiet home without small children, where he can take the time he needs to decompress and come out of his shell at his own pace. He gets along well with other cats and coexists peacefully with a large dog (though he prefers to keep his distance).
