What an adorable little firecracker !! FULL of personality and afraid of nothing! She is confident, curious, LOVES the water and her baby pool. Often times she's the only one willing to get in. OOFIE lives to be with other dogs and especially adores her humans. She is literally always happy! You cannot rain on her parade! She is kennel trained and almost house trained! She is a joy to have as part of our foster family. LAMAREY is with me in my home in Memphis, Tn. Once adopted , she will travel via Rescue Vet Transport to her new forever family. Once an application has been submitted and approved , I would be happy to speak with you and tell you all of the wonderful things about her ! You will find our volunteer team to be very responsive so please refrain from submitting an application until you are ready to welcome a new forever family member. Transport runs each weekend, leaving Memphis Tennessee Friday morning around 6 AM at which time they start a group chat with the two drivers and all the adopters who have a A Pet on board.

Duke is incredibly smart and eager to please, making him a joy to have around. He is roughly 50 lbs and about knee height. With proper introductions, Duke is friendly with other dogs. His play style is rough and rowdy, but he responds well to commands when told it’s time to tone it down. Duke would thrive in a home with a submissive, tolerant dog companion or as the only dog, where he can soak up all the love and attention his people have to offer. Lets talk about Winston ! I can not believe he is still with is , he is our 2nd longest resident ! Is there a reason ? He is a bulldog ! Winston liked to take walks on his own and ended up at the dog Warden's office and the owner was contacted and they came in and surrendered him after owning him his entire life 🥲 How sad is that ? He is around 7 to 8 years old ! He is good with other dogs - just pretty chill and keeps to himself alot ! His foster says he is a greay dog! Housebroken- yes once he gets over the first day of being in the home ! He is on 4 health lamb brand food because all the other food he was given gave him the itches! He does need to be fed separately from other dogs only cause he does not like to share his food- but hey that is an easy solution - would you someone else reaching on to your dish while your eating ? He also hates bathes for some reason - maybe he is part pig 🐖- who knows ! But we do know one thing he is adorable and just very mellow boy whose just patiently waiting for his new family . He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, heartworm tested , current on flea and heartworm prevention and waiting for you to come sweep him off his feet ! Could you be his person ? Meet Izzybelle, a lovable Frenchie who came to us through no fault of her own. When she first arrived, we were unsure why she was struggling, but after X rays we learned she has IVDD and spondylosis. These conditions may be lifelong, though her future family can choose to pursue treatment if they wish. HSDC does not currently have the equipment or funding for the advanced care she may need, but Izzy never lets that slow her down. Izzybelle is joyful, playful, and incredibly affectionate. She has done wonderfully with other dogs, children, and new people. She truly is the sweetest little gal and is ready to bring so much love to the family lucky enough to call her their own.
